What’s this tea like?

This is a large leaf black tea, smoke-dried to give a distinctive, sophisticated smoky flavour.  It is a perfect accompaniment to spicy meals, or smoked fish, meat or cheese.  Brew time is 4-5 minutes, and it can be drunk black or with milk or lemon.

How do I keep it fresh?

Keep tea cool, dark, and dry in an airtight container to preserve the flavour.
