What’s this tea like?

Is this the world’s most famous specialty tea? It's a classic blend of black China tea and natural oil of bergamot (a fragrant citrus fruit). It's reputed that it was originally blended to offset the hard water at the Grey family home in Northumberland. It needs to infuse for 4-5 minutes, and is best without milk, and to accompany lemon or creamy cakes and desserts. A natural for afternoon teas!

How do I keep it fresh?

Keep tea cool, dark, and dry in an airtight container to preserve the flavour.
