This spoon infuser opens to allow filling with leaf tea, then clicks shut. Your chosen leaf teas may then be brewed in an individual cup or mug without the need for a teapot/strainer. Remove the infuser from the cup when you are finished brewing, to prevent the leaves from stewing.
