What’s this tea like?

Also referred to as Redbush tea, this is claimed to be a particularly healthy drink, naturally caffeine-free and with low tannin levels. It has a sharp, earthy taste and produces a pale liquor.  Brew for 3-4 minutes and drink on its own, with or without milk and sweetening.

How do I keep it fresh?

Keep tea cool, dark, and dry in an airtight container to preserve the flavour.
